Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It was the first time I tried the chicken sandwich. It was pretty good.We were taking our food to go. The staff was very small but quick. The space could use an updating but it was pretty clean.

Spicy chicken sandwich is incredible, when fresh. I stopped by this Olney location about a month ago (during the great sandwich shortage debacle), and they had some sandwiches available, but they were all lined up in bags when I walked in. They were cold and not fresh. It makes a huge difference for the sandwiches to be fresh. The buns and breading on the sandwich are particularly susceptible to not aging well. During my most recent visit, I ordered three sandwiches (meals) and two bourbon fudge pies. The sandwiches were fresh and great, but after I got home, I realized that I had no pies in my bag 😭. Yet another fail for this location. Sorry, I do not recommend.

Food is good, but the service is great!

Well, I hadnt had the chicken sandwich..which was very good. The place was efficient, but not friendly, wasn't the cleanest. I wouldn't stay and eat, but what I bought to take home was good.

Their chicken sandwiches are good, but if you've come all this way for a chicken sandwich, you might as well just walk across the street for a chick fil a spicy deluxe sandwich instead

Not many complaints about this popeyes. When the food is freshly made it's usually good. The only issue I've had here was when I ordered a few chicken sandwiches and the buns were really soggy and the overall taste was unpleasant. Outside of that instance, I haven't had too many issues with this location. The taste is standard to other popeyes locstions.

Customer service isn't the best but food is good

I've been visiting this place for over 15 years, and still find a smile of welcoming on the faces of the ladies that are serving there. The place is always clean and the service is great. They make sure you have your as quickly as possible and are good in making suggestions. One important fact though, Popeyes chicken strips taste is unique and unbeatable!

We go here once a month or so. It's clean and the staff is efficient. The food is typical for a popeyes franchise.

These ladies are on the ball. Other locations can be dicey with regard to employees. The staff here is great by comparison.

Spicy Tenders are the best! KFC who? The onion rings are a thing of beauty, but only at this location. The breading used elsewhere is terrible.

Chicken sandwich is great but I am uncertain how everytime I go to get fried chicken there is none and I have to wait. Not the best ran place

Tried the new chicken sandwich at this location. It was amazing! Cooked perfect, fries were on point nice and crisp and hot. Lines were short and great customer service. Best Popeyes experience ever.

Love that chicken at Popeye's! But would love it more if they gave us the correct order. We ordered two 'buckets'; one spicy and one mild. However we got two mild instead and by the time we realized the mistake, it was too late and we were home. Still good though, just check your orders before you leave.

This spot is superb and spacious, the food was delightful and the prices were very fair. rapidly, efficient service and very affable staff. I recommend this place.

This Popeyes did not disappoint like the other 2 Popeyes I went to that actually served me the chicken sandwich! Line wasnt too long and they didnt skip out on the ingredients! The other 2 Popeyes I want to mention so badly... Didnt have the pickle AND I didnt know there was also a sauce on it. Was it Mayonaise? Idk... but the Sandwich did taste much better now that Olney didnt cheap me! Good thing my friends told me to come to the Olney Popeyes instead! The sandwich hype is certainly unnecessary but it is good served correctly.

Even though the line was huge & going around the whole store I was able to get out of there in a reasonable time. Got the new famous chicken sandwich and honestly I should’ve bought more because this thing is GREAT

TLDR: Excellent.I just tried the new chicken sandwich for the first time at this olney location, albeit a month after release. The chicken was juicy with exactly the warm Popeyes chicken flavor you would expect. The brioche buns complimented the taste flawlessly while the pickles provided a tangy punch with each bite. I also got a side of mashed potatoes and they were perfect aswell.When it came to the customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming energy provided by the gentleman at the register. He greeted me with a smile and left me with a smile.

Even with the longest line ever, the staff was courteous and professional, food was excellent, and service was considerably fast and efficient.
